Vision Advantage also participates in the Expert Dividends by Carl Zeiss Rewards Program. When you enroll, you will receive dividends for every pair of Zeiss Gradal lenses you sell, with a minimum of 10 pairs in any given month. Dividends are redeemable for any Zeiss low vision aid that Vision Advantage distributes.

Zeiss Gradal lenses include the Gradal Top -- the premium progressive lens offering your patients immediate adaptation and improved vision with Horizontal Symmetry, a progressive zone 33% wider than other progressives, Variable Inset, fully aspheric front surface and a variety of flatter base curves. Gradal HS is the predecessor of Gradal Top and changed the world of optics with the patented Horizontal Symmetry. Gradal RD is the specialist for excellent indoor vision and is sometimes referred to as the "computer lens."

Each pair of Zeiss Gradal progressive lenses is worth 7 dividends. Each dividend is valued at $1.00. So, if you sell 25 pairs every month for one year, you will have earned $2,120 (25 pairs x 12 months = 300 pairs x $7 worth of dividends = $2,100 + $20 in free dividends = $2,120).

Besides low vision devices, dividends are also redeemable for other products, such as instruments from Zeiss Humphrey Systems, Zeiss frames distributed by Murai America, dispensing mats, lens cleaners and care kits, inspection light boxes, Zeiss logo apparel, and other promotional items.
